It is not myfault you didn?t put the ranch in the bag girl.

I had to ask how much longer? They said 5 minutes but I believe they forgot about us. They were just doing pickup orders. Once we finally got our food, our fries were cold! I took them back and they gave us more and to our surprise theyweren?t fresh just warm and super salty. The wings were good though. An apology would of been nice all they did was put abrownie in our bag. I understand they were short staffed but you need to have manners and be understanding to the customer.

I had to drive all the way back to Delano and was put on hold for the entire 5-minute drive. The employee I spoke with on the phone was very polite and helpful. They upgraded the missing item for me, but when I got home, I found that half of the wings had no sauce. I was really looking forward to enjoying those wings!
