The food was average, but the service was quite good.

That's q... read more I stopped visiting this restaurant because it turned into a rather bland experience. I wasn't aware that everything was pre-cooked and simply reheated. That's quite disappointing.

H... read more We stopped by for dinner, which turned out to be our first meal of the day. The food was slightly above average—not impressive, but certainly not bad, either. However, the service was extremely disappointing. Once our meals arrived, we found ourselves without drinks; I had run out of water, and my wife had finished her iced tea. Our waitress seemed more interested in chatting on her phone at the bar than attending to us. After waiting about 10 minutes, my wife decided to take our empty glasses to the bar herself. Did our waitress bother to fill them and bring them back? Absolutely not. That would have required her to put down her phone and actually do her job. Instead, it was the bartender who stepped in to help. I wouldn't be surprised if she was taken aback when she realized we hadn’t left a tip.

Let's grade it as a coffee shop. Seated promptly, wait staff attentive, the orders were correct and can out hot, wait time was about right, a thermos of coffee is left on the table. I have not eaten here since it was renamed, but about the same as when it was Perko's.

Waited 30 minutes no one even bothered to check with us or take our order. I had my 2 year old son with me no one helped. Very poor service. Filed a complaint a... read more Waited 30 minutes no one even bothered to check with us or take our order. I had my 2 year old son with me no one helped. Very poor service. Filed a complaint all the servers did was just argue with each other putting each other at fault.
