I'm pretty skeptical about BBQ sites as I encountered many who were on average. I was pleasantly surprised when we stopped in this one. The bride was from the best I ever had! The ribs were also delicious and I enjoyed the Cole claw very much. A surprisingly great experience! I just wish we would not only visit the area, otherwise I would often go back!

I know this place is known for the loaded potato, but try the green Chile stew if you know something about New Mexican Food.

Across street from hotel so after a long day of driving and too tired to go anywhere else. Average bbq, sides: 3 bean salad tasted canned with too many chickpeas and not enough green beans; potato salad with too much mayo; coleslaw tasred fresh with light dressing. Order at counter and self serve ok bit confusing for first timer.

I have eaten at other Rudy's and they were good. This location was terrible. The brisket was 80% fat, cole slaw was not good and the three bean salad was gross. New potatoes were not good either. The person taking our order was rude. Never again!!
