I ordered pickup through DoorDash. My husband went to pick up the food and waited for an hour and a half, but only 1 taco out of the 4 we ordered was ready. When we asked for a refund, we were told that we couldn't get one. The service was terrible. View all feedback.
The tacos at Los Betos are consistently delicious and served hot and fresh. Big shoutout to the Los Betos team and our fantastic DoorDash delivery driver!
The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious, but there is always something missing from our order. Today, they forgot to include the 2 extra eggs that we paid for. However, the DoorDash drop off was excellent.
The fast delivery was a definite plus! The food arrived warm, which was perfect. The Machacado plate was delicious, and the Enchiladas Suizas looked great. I only gave one star because the water was too cold, and I was too full to try the Enchiladas Suizas.
You cant get thru when calling. Voicemail is full so you cant leave a message. Ordered a guisado taco and it literally had 4 pieces of beef. Beef fajita tacos were super skinny and the tortillas were hard and old. Very unhappy with thier service
