This was the worst barbecue I've ever experienced. The sausage and brisket were overcooked and dry, and the whole meal was just disappointing. I tried it, but I won't be coming back to Rudy's. The lady who leads the square was super polite. We enjoyed the grill. The turkey and Cole Slav had a lot of taste! We recommend you to keep the brisket wrapped to seal and keep in moisture. Definitely a place to try if it is your first time in Del Rio, TX! View all feedback.
