They were unable to be wrapped they wer... read more If I could give fewer stars I might. I ordered 2 wraps which were on the hardest tortillas I have ever had served to me. They were unable to be wrapped they were folded and broken the tiny piece of chicken they placed on this broken tortilla and the least amount of spicy slaw on one and the spicy mac and cheese on the other I feel robbed literally every time I go there.

The chicken we did receive was very dry and difficult to eat. Additionally, the drive-thru staff have been quite rude. They roll their eyes, don't offer polite responses like "you're welcome" or "have a great day," and struggle to answer any questions. Overall, the service at the window has been quite disappointing.

Th... read more I wouldn’t recommend the location in Defiance. The last time I visited, they had very little food prepared. I ended up with just crispy chicken and pot pies. The kids were hoping for chicken strips, and we wanted chicken sandwiches, but unfortunately, none of it was ready.
