The girl making the burrito was extremely rude, she did not put much of anything on it or pack it the way she should?ve and there is now sour cream everywhere. They were out of items that go on burritos. Would not recommend this chipotle. SUCKS. Notthe first time I?ve had problems here
Not good at all! I really wanted to take the food back but we were traveling and couldn't turn around due to our schedule. My chips were days old, they were as if the bag was left open, no crisp. PERIOD. My rice was crunchy, no taste of lime at all. 15bucks wasted. I gave the 2 stars because the chicken was good as well as the peppers and onions..thats all i could eat out of mychicken bowl.
For the most part the food was pretty good. There was a bit of a line but it moved along fairly well. The store was tidy especially compared to other fast food places of the same type. The service. . . . . . . Well, good and then bad. The youngladies that prepared our food were delightful. Professional friendly. The mature woman on the register, 180° different. Unhappy, unpleasent, to the point but not outright belligerent. My friend I went there with said she use to be much worse. Notgood for this kind of business.
5pm on Friday. 7 employees. Only 1 person on serving line. Prep work should be done earlier in the day. As many as 13 customers in line. One employee standing by register just watching life go by til it was time to pay. Customer service/experience isobviously not a priority. Sad.
We love Mexican food. But this was not for us. The staff was fast and professional. We felt it was way over priced and low quality. We don't like giving bad reviews. But this just wasn't very good. The chicken burrito was a huge amount of food somuch they had to use 2 burrito tortillas. But it just didn't taste good. My husband paid about $3 more for his steak bowl andwas about half the amount of food. He said he didn't care because it wasn't very good and didn't want to eat any of it anyway. We definitely give a thumbs down.
