I have been using Upper Crust Bagels since they came to Deerfield. I had an occasion to order a fish tray yesterday that I get at least once a year from them. Great tasting bagels. White fish salad well done. Haven't sampled other menu items.
Best bagels in Chicago area. the hand sliced lox can't be beat.
A hidden gem, great bagels but be aware that they close early.
