We dined at this restaurant on New Year's Eve. We had three vegans in our group and the restaurant was accommodating in converting many of their vegetarian dishes to be dairy and egg-free. The service was top-notch, the food was served promptly, and the bar had a good selection. The dishes, especially the Dahl and Aloo Gobi, were delicious. View all feedback.
What Abby Schowalter doesn't like about Noorpuri Indian:
We read all of the reviews on Trip Advisor and drove from Manly to try. Wow, what a surprise to have rude, abrupt staff (particularly the woman) - wanting to clear the table before we'd all finished. I ordered for all of us - and we had a broad range of starters and then mains. The food wasn't great and we left really disappointed. View all feedback.
Ambience: Traditional indian benches, with indian writings on the wallWell spaced seating and delicately heard music.
Babu ji is a great Indian restaurant tucked away on Grey street in upper StKilda.
This place was outstanding! You could easily walk right past it and never knowIt's small, but BIG on flavour.
We were down in Sydney for some training, and went out fort dinner. We found this little Indian restaurant in the main street of Dee Why. Terrific food, well priced, great service, ad licensed too, so Indian Kingfisher beer went down well. Great little eatery.
There's little more to add than is in the title. The staff were very friendly and eager to serve. The food cam out quickly but was delicious - the meet tender and the veggies not over cooked. The menu was good - plenty of choice for vegetarians and what I also liked was a real sensitivity for how hot you wanted the food. Finally, the price - very reasonable.
