I order here every year my Christmas food (all special occasions actually) we had every time perfect meeresfruit. the service is amazing and john, his wife and staff are very friendly, even if they are flat with appendages. I'm not going anywhere else! View all feedback.

we ate here on Saturday, they have voted a sign with the best restaurant or similar as last year, or they are obviously overloaded with the position, it is fish n chips, some salates, the prices are really ridiculous when they are with. the normal prices, understandable if it was a superior quality one could understand, but it is not, it is in average best quite a disgusting oily taste especially on the calamari praw... The grilled fish was perfectly cooked and lightly seasoned, a great option for those who prefer non-battered fish. The chips were also delicious, although deep-fried and not the healthiest choice. The Caesar salad was tasty, but I found it to have an excessive amount of cheese. Overall, the Dee Why special is a reasonably priced meal for lunch or dinner, and I highly recommend trying the grilled fish.
I tried some beer-battered snapper and chips today and it was the best I've had since I arrived here in August 2011. While it may not quite measure up to the standards of the chippy in Chip Pan Alley, Skegness, it's the best I've had so far.
The best seafood shop on the northern beaches offers daily fresh seafood straight from the Sydney fish markets. I live nearby and see the lads unloading their supplies every morning. You'd be hard-pressed to find better value for quality fresh seafood anywhere in Sydney. Their fresh prawns are nearly half the price of other seafood outlets along the beaches, and just as good if not better. Give them a try!
This place is .... DELICIOUS! Waited less than 10 mins for grilled fish and chips that was less than $10!!! Phenomenal value and such good food. Chips were cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside and heavenly inside, and the fish was also worth noting! Great portions! Overall knock out!
Consistently delicious and excellent service. Calamari rings are 5 star and fish, salad, chips are highly recommended
