Flame restaurant was great for a family get together. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The food was good quality, the menu varied and healthy portions. My only complaint would be that the ribs were overcooked and did not fall off the bone as you would hope. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Unfortunately we bought 5 friends last night... read more My husband and I have been to Flame restaurant many times before and the service and food has always been amazing. Unfortunately we bought 5 friends last night and the same cannot be said. The server was clearly new and had no clue about the lobster menu items, we waited 1 hour for drinks and we had to ask random servers walking by as all attempts to catch servers eye where unsuccessful, however she did come and ask frequently how everything was after the meal was delivered and we were trying eat.the main manager who I did not catch his name came to bring our meals and almost threw them at us in a very surly manner never once making eye contact. My friends had steaks and fish and these were delicious and cooked as ordered. I unfortunately had the $38 crab lasagne which was served dry and uappertising with not a skerrick of crab to be found the bisque was watery and unappealing . I had the beef cheek which was unfortunately flavourless. However, the mash was perfect and the veggies it came with was yum! My friend got the duck which was inedible. It was rubbery and tough with absolutely no flavour. Hot chips were good. Overall, was quite expensive for the quality.
