Panera Bread - Dedham

Gotta love when corporate holds their meetings in the dining room to critique and terminate their managers/employees beside customers eating/working. Poor lady just asked for them to work with her as she was finishing school and bettering herself. Guess this organization doesn’t promote professional development. The food is subpar and the coffee is barely tolerable. The only good things are the soup, salad, quiche, and smoothies. There are only a few seats w electrical outlets. The majority are at the bar stools in the center of the restaurant.

My wife clearly ordered a tuna salad sandwich and she received a chicken salad sandwich instead. We tried to return it for the right item and the lady at the register started calling people stupid and said that she heard chicken salad over and over but my wife doesn’t even like chicken salad. Terrible service and a really poor representation from one of its employees.

First time at this location. Very modern, computer ordering available as well as human order person. Nice atmosphere, has a working fireplace. First location I've seen with a drive thru.

Slowest drive thru ever waited 30 minutes to get to the front and then was told I’d be better off ordering inside. Backed all the way out, parked and got my indoor order. Why even bother having a drive thru?

Ordered a Baja bowl…I guess they were out of bowls.. why not a salad container. ANYTHING but a soup bowl would been great. My lunch is ruined
