I decided to give them another sh... read more This restaurant has really let me down. During my first visit, they completely forgot my chicken, which is simply inexcusable. I decided to give them another shot, but it turned out to be even worse. The chicken was chopped into such tiny pieces that you'd need a magnifying glass to spot any meat. Are they trying to become another Chipotle, cutting back on their portion sizes? Given the price of the bowls, this is just unacceptable. I used to really enjoy this place, but now it's a mere shadow of what it used to be. How did it fall so far?

The manager, Erwin, is incredible; he truly makes you feel like you're dining in a Michelin-star restaurant in Massachusetts! He definitely brightened my day! I noticed him going from table to table checking in with diners, even on what was a really busy day. I was so impressed that I asked for his name. The food was delicious, and the mint/cucumber/lime juice was my favorite! This place is the best in the area!

However, what truly enhances the experience are the people. During my recent visit, Yolanda was exceptionally attentive. While my husband typically places my order, I decided to take Yolanda’s recommendation this time, and I didn’t leave a single grain behind! She also ensured I had a good spot to charge my laptop and access the Wi-Fi at Legacy Place, and she checked on me after I was finished. The customer service here is phenomenal all around.
