I called, she took my order and gave my total and as it should sound much higher than it should be (I order here at least once a week) I asked her to tell me my order with the trips because I had to stop and ask her again.

Customer service was great, but make sure you pay attention to your receipt. The pieces on the menu board and the pieces being churches are very different. The menu shows, a10pc sing is 9.99 plus 1.50 for fries, plus .50 per dipping sauce. If I can add, that totals $12.49 plus tax. I did not get a drink. My bill totaled $14.57. I was charged an additional dollar and I'm not sure why. There was also another customer complaining about the same thing that day. It's enough to make you not want to come back. I know it's just $1, but I need every sent. I don't need anyone scheming me or if my hard earned money.
