At approx 3 PM on Monday afternoon there were four black female managers on the floor, walking around, talking on the phone, talking to family members in the lobby and not being attentive to the customers. There was one register open, that obviously was in training and kept needing to manager to come help him. She became rude to him and agitated. The line is long waiting. I couldn’t use the restroom until I made an order so I was standing there dancing. I have never been to Wendy’s, especially a brand new one they had this kind of customer service. The franchise owner and the general manager should be a shame of themselves. My next review will be going to the corporate office. This is ridiculous. My children and I was treated completely unfairly! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My spicy nuggets are always replaced with regular nuggets, and they always forget my frosty. I don’t believe in the 20+ times I’ve ordered from here that my order has ever been correct. The food is decent for a Wendy’s but they can’t ever seem to give me my actual order. Service: Delivery Food: 4 Service: 1

Short light-skinned girl w/ neck tattoos at register being incredibly rude to customers. When my mom ordered, she scoffed and my mother asked her if placing a larger order was aproblem, to which this girl replies that ?yes it was?. So my mother left. I came in myself and spoke to a ?manager? who actedlike nothing had happened and that I was trying to fabricate something. Wouldn?t discuss the matter further unless my mom waswilling to come back inside. But I wasn?t about to subject my disabled mother to anymore of their foolishness. Just a reminderof what a vile, disgusting world we live in. This is why so many people take their business to the other side of town.Absolutely disgusted with these people and their behavior. If you cannot handle a job in customer service, I suggest you findemployment elsewhere.

They should?ve said something before hand. My food ended up being cold which Itold them and they could care less. I will not order anything from these trifling employees ever again.
