Sweetie Pie's Ribeyes - Decatur

Had to check with some negative comments here. My husband and I just visited this week. We went to lunch and sat right away. The waitress was very friendly and since we had never been there, she told us the menu. The salads were very well made with the house Speck Dressing! Homemade yeast rolls very good and the waitress brought more than we wanted. I rarely ordered the Filet Mignon and he ordered the Ribeye Medium Rare. Both steaks were delicious and melted in the mouth. (We are from the Middle West and we know a good steak and that was excellent! Also the pages were good, Mac and cheese and the Squash-Casserole. Then for dessert we ordered the apple cake with ice cream with the brandy and butter sauce, WOW is everything I can say! A great experience from beginning to end. We are not from Texas, but this is exactly what I think when I think about Texas from decor to good food and friendly staff (they even sing here! Thank you.

Five of us went here on Valentine's Day and we can't say enough good things about our culinary experience. The food was excellent, service equally good and a beautiful atmosphere. The manager came a few times to check us, but our waitress Connie did an excellent job. Very recommended. We tried fillets, ribeyes and chicken broods. Pecan also pie very well.

We had a warm and fabulous meal at Sweetie Pies Ribeye today. My ribeye was perfect and the green chili burgers of my wife had the right heat. To finish it from our server was Clare topnotch. Thank you. Clare, you're helping me put one on my beautiful bride.

On the way to Colorado. Had the chicken fried ribbed eye and pork chop. One of the best meals we ever had, plus, the sweetest and one of the best waitresses ever. Maddie. She was wonderful.

We ate at Sweetie Pies for the first time today. Our daughter has a severe peanut allergy, so we are very cautious about eating in restaurants. Your staff was wonderful. Christopher spoke with us about the food prep and the ingredients used. Our waitress was excellent. Her personality was so welcoming! The complete dining experience was great!
