Description

Ms. Icey’s presents a restaurant experience reminiscent of vibrant Caribbean culture, offering beautiful ambiance and enjoyable music. However, diners report uneven service and food quality, with meals occasionally arriving cold or overly seasoned. While some patrons rave about standout dishes like oxtails and jerk chicken, others find them lacking in flavor. The lively atmosphere, especially during brunch, caters to a younger crowd, leading to a chaotic dining experience for some. Despite its flaws, many appreciate the attentive staff and captivating decor, making it a place worth revisiting for drinks and appetizers. Expect a rollercoaster of experiences!.

I enjoyed the dinner experience. The food was fresh, and seasoned well. The servers were attentive and the homemade ginger beer is worth a try. Planning to return after the COVID-19 for brunch and enjoy the patio.

Food was extremely over-seasoned and the service was slow. They don't have enough wait staff. Cute ambiance, good music and decent drinks. Would go back for drinks and apps only.

I work in the area and wanted something different for lunch. Something new. I visited the restaurant and was greeted by half way 'Hi . I looked around at the décor and was pleasantly surprised of the nice art work. I asked if it was Black owned and the lady who was sitting at the end of the bar on a laptop said yes at which I was very happy to hear. Well I looked over the menu and decided to get the strip club wings and $5 ginger beer. Well once I received my order I asked the the brother with the masonic ring on if I could have some blue chees dressing at which his response, with his back turned, no. he never turned to address me face to face. he looked as if he didn 't want to be there this day. after paying $17 for 6wings and a drink I noticed that I didn 't receive any napkins/wet wipes. the wings were good but the sauce kinda over powered them. I will return but on a pay day and hopefully another server.
