I love the Little Ceasars app. It really makes ordering and picking up simple. Er'body needs to follow suit. On top of it all, the cheese pizza i picked up today was absolutely beautiful. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Little Caesars Pizza:
Ordered 2 of the $6.49 thin crust pepperoni and was charged $7.00 each. Asked to talk to the manager, Alberto was most unhelpful and even confrontational when I asked about being overcharged. He then claimed the prices on the wall and doors weren't accurate so he didn't have to honor those prices. According to the dept of weights and measures, they DO have to honor the shown price. Compared to other little Caesar's we had were both delish and customer service wasn't as we ever had.
Very clean and always hot n' Ready. You need to have new management because I can't see where many of these older reviews come
Bad customer service, I understand that the card reader made it very difficult for Apple Pay, but they should be offered something free for inconvenience. There was a line left in the lobby and customers. One of the employees mentioned that the card reader runs now and then. I work in the hospitality industry when I offer inconvenience a guest I offer 10 Dollar F
Friendly staff and fast service. Great place when you're in a hurry.
Every time I come here I leave happy they have great service and even in a rush they take care of everyone.
