Both of our items were completely wrong to the poi... read more We went later in the evening, as we had just arrived in town. This was the first time we had ever had Jack?s. Both of our items were completely wrong to the point that I had the one thing I asked to be removed doubled and ketchup replaced with bbq sauce and everything was cold or even frozen. It was a major disappointment and we don?t intend to try any more.

I waited over 10 minutes just to place my order, and then the staff spent another 10 minutes chatting with their colleagues. There was no consideration for the customers in line; it felt like fast food wasn't their priority at all. They seemed more interested in talking on the phone and socializing than in taking care of orders. Very frustrating!

First off, after I... read more So ticked off after our drive thru experience the other night. I ordered Cheeseburgers plain, Tenders with ranch, and the Cotton Candy Shake. First off, after I got home realized the burgers had literally been WIPED OFF and same bun slapped back together. I did not get my ranch dipping sauce, and the shake tasted like Strawberry, not bad just not what I expected. I will not be going back any time soon.

I get you?re busy in the mornings but calling for things late and then not taking any orders is bad customer service. I just walkedout there was 3 people in front of me to still waiting
