I arrived at 7:35 AM, during breakfast hours, and ordered an iced coffee, but they were out of it. When I mentioned how popular it must be, the manager simply replied, "Well, I guess so because a lot of people order it." If you can't keep up with demand, you shouldn't be selling it! At least ten other customers asked for iced coffee while I was there, and they received the same "we're out" response. However, the main reason for my one-star review is the cleanliness issue. I can tolerate being out of certain items, but the lack of cleanliness is unacceptable. Not a single table in the dining area was clean, so I had to wipe down the table where I sat myself. To top it off, I found French fries on the floor, which clearly meant they had been there since the previous day. This restaurant clearly lacks proper management and training. My suggestion is to hire a manager who prioritizes cleanliness and has some common sense; you can always teach them the other aspects later.

As an over-... read more The food at Jack's was excellent, and the manager was incredibly helpful. I didn’t catch his name, but I visited on February 7th, 2022, around 4 PM. As an over-the-road trucker, I often encounter people who don’t prioritize good customer service, so it was refreshing to meet someone who genuinely cares about their work.

I also go... read more I ordered parmesan fries, but they were old and cold, with the seasoning just dumped on top. They were rubbery and flavorless—completely unacceptable. I also got a salad without chicken or any other toppings. It seemed like it had been made that morning, and the shredded cheese was oozing onto the lettuce like slime. They gave me nine half-filled containers of ranch dressing for it. The bacon was just thrown on top in short strips instead of being crumbled or cut into longer pieces. I won't be returning. My money and time are worth much more than what this place has to offer.
