I had an excellent experience at Hardee's! Our food arrived hot and fresh, which was a pleasant surprise.
Rude lady on phone, called and asked for my sausage biscuit after leaving the drive thru and realizing I didn?t have it. It was a minute or two after 11 and they would not give me my money back or another biscuit for free. She said that since it was after11 there was nothing she was willing to do about it. When I tried to ask another question, she hung up on me. Horrible customerservice and very rude staff.
Food is hot and fresh on the weekend! Don 't mind the long drive thru! However, I recently got a cinnamon told roll that was hard as a brick like it was re-warmed in the microwave. But, that is only visit....... I think that 4 's is fair.
This place serves the best quick breakfast you'll find. Their biscuits are unbeatable!
Take out Food not as good as some of the other Hardee's ask to use the restroom. I was told it would be okay. When I got to the door. Was met by other employee. Was told I could not enter because they had employee inside that was positive for Covid. Started to return the food and ask for my money back. Won't be going to this place again. Suggest you eat elsewhere
