I ordered the mushroom and Swiss burger, but it arrived on Frisco bread that was hard and nearly impossible to eat. The mushrooms were dried out, and the pepper jack cheese didn’t make things any better. It honestly felt like I was served someone else's order. The onion rings were upside down and scattered all over the bottom of the bag. This was an extremely disappointing experience after such a long time away. I definitely wouldn't recommend it. If I could, I would give it zero stars.

The burger was tasty, and the fries were served hot and fresh. However, I noticed a concerning pattern that I suspect may not be accidental: the "upside fries" I ordered for an extra charge were about the same amount as the medium fries. The fry container was never fully opened; it remained flat. I submitted a complaint through their website survey, but it appears they haven't addressed the issue, or this might be a deliberate strategy to promote their medium fries. A week later, I went back, and they were still serving the fries the same way, with the bottom of the sleeve left untouched. Because of this experience, I won’t be returning.

My coworkers and I went there for lunch and had to wait more than five minutes just to be noticed. After we placed our orders, it took over 20 minutes for our food to arrive.

Six burgers for that price? I asked two different staff members, and they both confirmed it was accurate. It seemed unbelievable to me. There's no way double cheeseburgers should cost almost $8 each. If they really are that expensive, it's just absurd. I've decided I'm done with Hardee's.
