Personally, I think the fries are more important than the burger, and while they have changed them for the second time, they don't cook enough and sometimes they are cold. However, with my fresh fries, the meal was amazing overall. I suggest updating their feedback forms and making sure the app allows customers to input their feedback manually.

I ordered the mushroom and Swiss burger,... read more I hadn't eaten at Hardee's in years, but after feeling hungry and craving mushrooms, I decided to give it another shot. I ordered the mushroom and Swiss burger, but it arrived on Frisco bread that was hard and nearly impossible to eat. The mushrooms were dried out, and the pepper jack cheese didn’t make things any better. It honestly felt like I was served someone else's order. The onion rings were upside down and scattered all over the bottom of the bag. This was an extremely disappointing experience after such a long time away. I definitely wouldn't recommend it. If I could, I would give it zero stars.
