Ive been a regular at this Dunkin' location for quite some time, and overall, it's been a positive experience. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the coffee is consistently good. The location is convenient, especially for those on the go. What Huranda Philpot doesn't like about Dunkin':
Very disappointed in my experience at this location. I purchased muffins for breakfast and returned within two minutes to advise of stale food. The customer service was poor when I asked to address the issue and provide either a substitute or refund. Definitely not the customary good customer service nor quality of food that I've ever experienced at other Dunkin'. Donut locations. View all feedback.
This is the best dunks, with great service and great quality products. It is one of the few reliably open 24/7 places in atlanta, 2024.
I ordered a coffee and when I opened my cup there was plastic floating in my drink this is unacceptable don't waste your time or money this is

Donuts are hard and coffee tastes burnt, they always have nasty attitudes when you try and let them know. Absolutely the worst DD in Georgia
