What Huranda Philpot doesn't like about Dunkin':
Very disappointed in my experience at this location. I purchased muffins for breakfast and returned within two minutes to advise of stale food. The customer service was poor when I asked to address the issue and provide either a substitute or refund. Ive been a regular at this Dunkin' location for quite some time, and overall, it's been a positive experience. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the coffee is consistently good. The location is convenient, especially for those on the go.
