They were in between shifts, so the food looked like it had been sitting out for a long time but the server went and got fresh food and extra workers started to come in to help. She even offered the lady behind me a free drink for waiting. She was realnice and great hospitality. I'll come back just to see her. She reminded me that day that no one is perfect, it's ok to makemistakes. View all feedback.

This location is serving kids portions at regular prices. To top it off, you can only order online so you don?t even have a chance to see how poorly they?re making the bowls. If things are so bad that they are taking online orders only, just shut this location down and reallocate resources to another nearby location. During my visit, the restaurant was in between shifts, which meant the food appeared to have been sitting out for a while. However, the server went out of her way to get fresh dishes, and more staff members began arriving to assist. She even offered a complimentary drink to the woman behind me for the wait. Her kindness and exceptional hospitality truly stood out. I would return just to see her again. She reminded me that no one is perfect, and it's okay to make mistakes.
Had my daughter pick me up a salad. They had no corn salsa, no sour cream, had to find black beans and still didn?t add them. They had no cheese dip or guacamole and chips. This salad cost ten dollars they could have at least filled it with lettuce. I asked for a first responder discount because they had no food prepared. They had the food and was set to close in 2 hours and still said no. That?s fine but at least give me a whole salad with what was left and they didn?t even do that now this has to last 12 hours. I will never go back there.:
This is the worst Chipotle experience I've ever had. I was told to order online when I first came in by a customer not the employees. I then noticed they were just sitting orders out in the floor area on a shelf. Inspite of having several customers sitting inside the restaurant they never announced any names while placing ready orders out on the shelf on the floor where anyone could just come in and grab a bag but I placed my orders which included graucamole. I was given an estimate of 6:50 for pickup. At 7:15 I asked to speak to a manager. The lady manager had a very long black unkempt wig with no net covering it. I asked her about a refund she claimed to not know much but instructed me to go online and got to support. She wasn't much help and started to make smart remarks about her being tired and wanting to go home and mumbled a few more words while walking off. I wasn't successful with getting my return. The website wasn't helping much and I got my food a few minutes later. ONLY then was I told that they were OUT of sauteed VEGGIES and GUACAMOLE and that's an nice upcharge. I was livid by then and the male manager was much more understanding but my food was still lacking compared to what I'm used to. I still want a refund. I'll never give this location any more of my business or recommend them my pics reflect the order exactly how it came UNACCEPTABLE
Their location causes them to have a challenge with the homeless. The begging outside before and after your meal is bad but when someone walks up to you as you're eating to ask for some food? I placed a catering order and arrived at the designated pickup time, only to find it wasn’t ready. There was no phone call or heads-up that they were running behind, and no apology or acknowledgment when I arrived. Completely unprofessional. It’s especially disappointing because we regularly order catering from various Chipotle locations, and this is the first time the service has been this poor. The delay caused me to be late for an important meeting. Unfortunately, I won’t be using this location for catering again. Service: Takeaway Service: 1
