This is the worst Chipotle experience I've ever had. I was told to order online when I first came in by a customer not the employees. I then noticed they were just sitting orders out in the floor area on a shelf. Inspite of having several customers sitting inside the restaurant they never announced any names while placing ready orders out on the shelf on the floor where anyone could just come in and grab a bag but I placed my orders which included graucamole. I was given an estimate of 6:50 for pickup. At 7:15 I asked to speak to a manager. The lady manager had a very long black unkempt wig with no net covering it. I asked her about a refund she claimed to not know much but instructed me to go online and got to support. She wasn't much help and started to make smart remarks about her being tired and wanting to go home and mumbled a few more words while walking off. I wasn't successful with getting my return. The website wasn't helping much and I got my food a few minutes later. ONLY then was I told that they were OUT of sauteed VEGGIES and GUACAMOLE and that's an nice upcharge. I was livid by then and the male manager was much more understanding but my food was still lacking compared to what I'm used to. I still want a refund. I'll never give this location any more of my business or recommend them my pics reflect the order exactly how it came UNACCEPTABLE

When I asked for vegetables on my tacos, she bluntly responded, “No, we don’t have any,” refusing to let me wait for the next batch and unwilling to walk just a few steps to the to-go station to grab some veggies. I was left with no option but to accept there would be no veggies. Next, I requested pico de gallo, and again, she said they didn’t have any. I didn’t mind waiting for a fresh batch, but she told me it would take another 20 minutes to make more, even though the to-go station just a few steps away was fully stocked with all the ingredients. It seems like the employees are trained to say no rather than putting in a little extra effort to satisfy customers. What's particularly frustrating is that I was using a voucher for a free meal because of the terrible service I received on my last visit, only to have a similar experience again. It’s clear that they don’t really care.
