The donuts are too crunchy, and there should be an option to request specific donuts, as some people may have allergies to certain icings. The packaging is usually sealed, but it was not this time. Hopefully, next time they will be fresh and properly sealed. View all feedback.

This is the 2nd out of 3 orders that were missing items. We love Caseys food but wont be ordering again! Its really disappointing to wait over an hour for food that you dont even get!
The donuts are stale.
