Get up there for 5 minutes and just walk out. did not want to eat of this dirty situation and food made by these people.

I could not be more disappointed with the personal, unhygienic and lazy. they have not even given me and my husband attention when we came in and wanted to order. we went out of becuase, we went unnoticed, but went online to order, online it said they were working, and remember that the people went through the drive thru, so we knew they were still open. we waited for the journey for over 15 minutes and when we finally came next, our order did not come through, but we had the virtual reception and everything. we showed her our quitting and she was like cmon we just want to eat ours that we have already made. lady said, okay I'll see what I can do, told us that we're pulling to the corner and waiting. we waited for us not to know how long we're ready to go. then they finally gave us a small crumb pocket. we drove completely clogged to discover that they have completely messed up our order. we ordered 2 meal times the fresh market buffalo buffalo buffalo buffalo buffalo buffalo buffalo packed meal x 2 a small and a big. We have the packings that fell apart and 1 small cup stale, stinky, rocky frying. I can go on and on, but literally we hated that. we do not recommend this place to anyone. seriously do not even consider.

It is the best sandwich offered from any fast food chain as far as I am concerned. The problem is more times than not when I show up to get a sandwich they are out. I don’t understand why someone doesn’t start making more when they notice they are almost out. The sandwiches are costly and I promise I simply drive off when you are out. Because I had to drive off tonight I am giving a “3” had then sandwiches been placed in my hands you definitely would have received a “5”

T... read more If i could give a worse rating i would. This has been the worst Arby 's experience EVER. I could not be more disappointed with the staff, unhygienic and lazy. They didn 't even pay attention to me and my husband when we walked in and wanted to order. Wewalked out becuase we went unnoticed, but went online to order, online it said they were working. And keep in mind there werepeople going through the drive thru, so we knew they were still open. We waited in the drive though for over 15 minutes and whenwe finally came next apparently our order didn 't come through but we had the virtual receipt and everything. Women said we arewrong and don 't have the right address. we showed her our receipt and she was like oh like cmon we just want our food that wePAYED for ALREADY. Lady said okay i 'll see what i can do, told us to pull to the corner and wait. we waited for we don 't knowhow long we 're getting ready to leave. Then eventually they handed us a tiny crumbled bag. We drove away completely fed up onlyto then discover that they completely messed up our order. we ordered 2 meals the fresh market buffalo chicken wraps meals×2one small and one large. we got the wraps that were falling apart and 1 small cup of STALE, smelly, rock solid fries. i can goon and on but literally we hated this. we do NOT recommend this place to ANYONE. seriously don 't even consider.
