What Mike doesn't like about Arby's:
Ordered bbq sandwich around 845pm in drive thru, had to pull around to wait for food. Waited 10 minutes, walked inside to get my food. When I arrived home, sandwich drenched in bbq sauce, had all grizzle and roast beef didnt taste right. I ate 3 bites and threw the sandwich in garbage. That evening I got sick! View all feedback.
This restaurant could really use a thorough cleaning; it was quite unpleasant. I won't be returning.
I ordered a BBQ sandwich in the drive-thru around 8:45 PM and had to park and wait for my food. After waiting for about 10 minutes, I went inside to pick it up. When I got home, the sandwich was soaked in BBQ sauce, and it was tough with gristle; the roast beef didn't taste right at all. I managed to take three bites before I had to throw it away. Later that evening, I ended up feeling sick!
During our trip through an ice storm, options for dining were quite limited, as many places were closed due to the weather. Fortunately, we found this restaurant where two amazing ladies were working. They were incredibly efficient and maintained a friendly and cheerful attitude despite having to work extra hours. It was a wonderful experience!
I made a mistake with my order but didn't think it was a big deal at first. However, when I started eating my $10 beef and cheddar sandwich, I realized it had barely any cheddar in it. I'm very disappointed. I do appreciate the company for reaching out to me, though. Thank you.
Quick service and the food was as delicious as always. I keep returning to sample all the new menu items.
