I ordered off phone and when I got there this ginger guy who was working the grill was again at the shop yesterday and somehow even when there was no action he still took long on my food. The food was okay but the bread ended up falling apart too. I use to love this place but I’m slowly falling out of love with the lack of quickness in service.
THEE BEST subs in town!! You cannot go wrong with any choice
This worst service all year. This old head is the worst and laziest person working; he did not want us to order with him and told us to go to the machine. After going to the machine, when we went up to pay with cash, he looked at us and said, ‘Pay when you get your food.’ We waited 50 minutes and no food; we went and asked about our food and he said he did not get the order even though he told us to wait. The old geezer needs to be fired or something, the young man is chill tho.
The lady who works the register is the reason I gave this a 5 star! I will tip everytime she’s there from now on. The food has always been good.
Another place where you call in your order 25 minutes before you get there and they don’t start making your food until you arrive and pay for your order , why even have phone in orders available order placed at 11:10 got a text in the lobby , orders ready 3 minutes ago still standing here it is now 11:55still waiting received order at 1157
