It's amusing to note that they don't serve Diet Coke, since it wasn't available back in the 50s! The food was tasty, although the lunch menu offered only a limited selection. I tried the clam chowder and a chicken salad sandwich with coleslaw. The soup was served hot, and the sandwich was quite good, but the coleslaw was a tad too heavy on the mayonnaise and felt a bit greasy. The server was very friendly and attentive. I suggest sitting outside, as the inside can get quite crowded and feels a bit cramped.

I t... read more I finally had the opportunity to visit this restaurant after several attempts when it was closed. The food is really tasty, especially for a museum setting. I tried the tuna salad sandwich, a cinnamon donut, and a frappe. I really appreciated the straw they provided for the frappe—it added an authentic touch to the experience. The staff were lovely and friendly, and I would definitely come back!
