I received an insufficient amount of rice, which wasn't enough for one person. Additionally, the mixed meat I ordered was poorly cooked and not enjoyable at all.

I explained that it would take us an hour to go back and forth since we live far away. She then said she would issue a refund. When I went in today, she offered me an $18 refund, which left me utterly confused given my experience and her previous promise. I refused the $18 because it was a matter of principle; they embarrassed me in front of my guests by forgetting the three salads, three hummuses, fries, garlic, and bread — all after my husband had asked five times if everything was included, and she repeatedly confirmed that it was. I'm writing this review because this seems to be a recurring issue at this restaurant. Every single time my family orders for delivery, the sides are consistently missing. The fact that the woman only offered an $18 refund instead of the full amount — like she had promised — was unprofessional, especially when she began to argue about it. I was not willing to accept that amount when it was clear they hadn’t delivered what I had ordered. Additionally, the meat was completely inedible as it was overcooked. I would recommend dining at any other place in East Dearborn where you can actually receive what you order. The service here is terrible, and if you don’t believe me, just check out the negative reviews and see how the owner responds — completely disrespectful and unprofessional.
