Spill the bean is the place where they remember that they are a unique, cerebral human being. it is the type of place where you are expected to laugh a small child through the community seats, while in the background one of the owners' sticks to yourself, as it tastes a new mix of coffee and then makes the minutes of changes to its water/milk ratio, because every cup is worth it, every patron, it is worth it. at the same time they may find the other owner hot explained how the best coffee, like the best people, is born from extreme pressure. this is a mom and pop shop with a twist. it is rebellious without being cliché. his iconic, without buying in hype. even the sophisticated flowing and doors do not alienate you. it is the place I would like to sit and watch people how I write a free op-ed column. or go to a casual end of the first date cuppa.
