Chef Ajit did a live cooking session, which made the night even more fun and exciting. If you’re planning a VIP night and want an exclusive table, I recommend going between 6–8 PM every Wednesday—that’s the best time to enjoy the live cooking show. They offer an all-you-can-eat teppanyaki, and I highly recommend trying the salmon carpaccio and tuna tataki. The 3-course meal includes four different main dish varieties, so you’ll definitely be full even before dessert! Big thanks to Putu for being so fun and accommodating. She didn’t even let us order appetizers because she knew we’d already be full from the main dishes—so honest and thoughtful! Putu truly made my night extra special with her warmth and attentiveness. Shoutout also to one of our fellow kabayans (sorry I forgot the name) and the Wasabi Girl who added so much energy and made everything feel even more festive. Highly recommended!
