I discovered a fingernail in my chicken fried steak! It was cold and a bit soggy, as if it had been sitting out for a day. I'm really disappointed. The older lady who works there, who I hear is the boss, was quite unpleasant. She really shouldn’t be in charge; she comes off as rude and intimidating.
