This was the first time that they got my order wrong. This sonic has always been great I think they just had a bad night.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu that comes with a toy
The atmosphere felt very off, as everyone seemed excessively high. I ordered the chicken sandwich with fries, but everything tasted quite stale. My husband went for the regular chili cheese coney and tater tots. They read our order and handed us the bag, but forgot to include the coney. When we pointed it out, the staff member acted really strange about it and claimed that the order was supposed to be tots, not fries. He took back the fries, and we ended up waiting a long time for the tots, but they never arrived. Frustrated, we decided to leave.
We sat in line 12 minutes behind what was an employee getting out of vehicle and going inside, our order was passed into vehicle in front of us for about 45 seconds and then passed back in Sonic. We finally got to move up to window and our icecream delivered to us. We told girl at speaker 3 different times what we wanted and both were same. We drove off and had to turn back in line and wait another 5 minutes. Wrong items, that had passed between different vehicles. We waisted about 25 minutes, wanted back, they offered to fix it. To late for such a small offer.Still waiting for refund.We stopped in Ardmore after Davis screw-up. Ardmore Sonic got it 1st time and fast!!! They were very busy also. Just to show don't let employees stop by and clown around because we won't stop at Davis Sonic again.
I went during my lunch time I was there for 30 minutes waiting at the window for some burgers and mozzarella sticks got tired of waiting bcuz they just sat there and talked so I asked for my refund but as soon as I mentioned a refund my food was suddenly done, there were plenty of cars behind me but I guess the sonic gossip was more important than assisting customers
