The noise was a significant drawback... read more We were hoping for a family dinner, but it felt more like we were in a nightclub. The food was decent, but not outstanding. The noise was a significant drawback, though I suppose we should have anticipated that given it's the weekend in a college town. There was no separation between the restaurant and the bar, so we got the full effect—unfortunately.

Service was excellent and the food was great. There are a lot of Thai places in Davis but this is definitely my favorite.

Every day... read more We were celebrating a birthday and we went early 4:00) to avoid the crowds and what we know is an active bar which becomes a night club late at night. Every day happy hour starts at 4:00 so we indulged in cocktails and appetizers, absolutely delicious glazed short ribs), before we had our dinner. The Tom Yum soup was an ample portion as was the Spicy Pork Ribs and the Pra Ram. The salmon was good, but nothing special. This is the restaurant our family goes to when we want the best Thai.
