The BBQ sauce and fried onions overpowered everything else, making it reminiscent of a Carl's Jr. Western Bacon Cheeseburger. Unfortunately, the brisket itself lacked flavor. Save your $15 and opt for something different.

However, the side vegetables were disappointing—the kale was overcooked, wilted, and stringy. The Urban Fries were tasty, but I wish the menu offered them with more cheese and a bit more spice.

When they brought them out I saw through the container they had... read more I love Jacks food but was upset and shocked at what transpired. I ordered 2 steak salads to go. When they brought them out I saw through the container they had about a fourth of it filled. The paper bag that they were put in most likely weighed more.When we started to eat them and added the dressing we noticed we had about 3 croutons and very little cranberries and onion. Itwas a rip off. $30, for a couple of spinach and 3 strips of steak! Absolutely not acceptable.
