Worst Chinese I have ever had I ordered special chow mein and special fried rice with curry sauce , both were watery, the chow mein was a chop suey never again,
They kindly accepted to change our order for fried rice into a vegan option with no eggs. I forgot to specify about not eating eggs, which is a part of the usual fried rice dish. Thank you Mancain Team for this generous gesture! For Vegans be specific with your preferred diet, Mancain Team will make it WOK !
A nice pleasant takeaway. Staff friendly, place is clean and food ok
Where to begin. Pre-ordered online and food was 40 minutes late than time given. Called after 20 minutes and told order had already left and no apology. Either they were lying about it leaving or the food sat in the car for over 20 minutes, either way it’s an appalling way to treat customers. Some food had spilled in the bag and others were inedible. Had one mouthful of soup and threw away as it tasted disgusting. Rest of the food was overly greasy, bland and lukewarm. Also spending over £20 I would expect free prawn crackers, like all other takeaways, but no. Won’t be buying here again.

They accepted our order for fried rice to change into a vegan option without eggs. I forgot not to eat eggs, which is a part of the usual roasted rice dish. many thanks to mancain team for this generous gesture! for vegans are specific with their favorite nutrition, mancain team makes it wok!
Eat large, large menu items, fast service and reasonable prices. doubling of items for allergic reasons or simply to individual taste is never a problem. but from late they seem to close an evening when they ever feel like that. Of course, this is their choice and ultimately their decision, but it is more frustrating than customer! tonight they close at 9 o'clock, but I would like to order at 8.50 o'clock was no way. I know I left it a little late, but I didn't realize I had to wait until tomorrow. they now have a website with the full menu; including chip shop elements, prices and contact data etc. which is really practical, as I never seem to take until date menus! Maybe a time for the latest acceptance of phone orders on the website may be included to avoid disappointed customers.
Definitely one of the better Chinese takeaways in Daventry. Service is also very fast (collection or delivery) and the food has always been good. They accept card payments at your doorstep too which is a real bonus.
Order them from here a lot and never have a bad meal, portions are really good, eat very tasty and arrives hot and punctual. excellent service would not go anywhere else
I just want to say how I love eating mancain. I love how they can choose exactly how sharp they eat. hard to decide what my favorite meal is, but I think I will go with the chili salt huh. I also have to say that all the shipwreckers I came have been nice.
