Horrible...just went with kids for a treat and spent 8£ for shocking ice creams from people who do not care...they more bothered to chat to each other that prov... read more Horrible...just went with kids for a treat and spent 8£ for shocking ice creams from people who do not care...they more bothered to chat to each other that provide good customer service...just so poor quality for double ice creams and shocking look of them...just better go to Waitrose and buy ice creams there or even in McDonald's...that to this place...and they not use gloves when prepare food or even tissues just with bare hands and when they pass you they give it a tissue...they need a lot of training or they should change job as you can see they do not care...

The lady making the coffee’s was clearly stressed and not coping with the amount of orders, which resulted in her being very short and rude to the poor lad, when he asked any sort of question. I felt very sorry for him! I have come across the lady in question before when visiting the shop. She completely ignored me standing, waiting to order, while she faffed around rearranging. A simple, “I will be with you in a minute”, would have gone a long way, and prevented me from walking out. It’s such a shame there are a couple of staff members that let the place down because the coffee and cakes are excellent.

As i walked in the door there was an odd smell ,,, but the hot chocolate was lovely and very warming , the tables could have done with a wipe but only appeared... read more As i walked in the door there was an odd smell ,,, but the hot chocolate was lovely and very warming , the tables could have done with a wipe but only appeared to be two staff , on the way out i realised the smell was coming from the people sat just inside not the establishment itself xx

Hadn’t been in for a while and realised a staff change straight away … ordered a cappuccino and large sausage roll and then was abruptly told too sit and wait b... read more Hadn’t been in for a while and realised a staff change straight away … ordered a cappuccino and large sausage roll and then was abruptly told too sit and wait by the manageress !! Finally after bit of a kaffufel behind the counter I got my coffee but they had forgot my sausage roll which caused a bit of confusion as too whose job it was too warm it but after they had there quick staff meeting the sausage roll came cold anyways. I never complained I just won’t return
