The chef at this hotel is extremely accommodating. The meals are lovely though a little pricey in comparison to other restaurants within Darwin. Staff are sparse. But if you don't want to leave the hotel its a nice option. View all feedback.

While some guests were disappointed with the limited menu options and the quality of their meals, others praised the chef's delicious creations. The attentive staff and pleasant ambiance by the pool were highlights for many visitors. A particular mention was made of the exceptional breakfast options and the delightful dessert experience provided by Chef Andy. Despite some shortcomings, such as the need for better poolside maintenance and the slightly higher prices compared to other local restaurants, the overall consensus seems to be positive. With a varied menu, friendly service, and a relaxing setting, the Poolside restaurant at the Doubletree by Hilton in Darwin could be a nice dining option for hotel guests and visitors alike.
