They were rude when I called to inquire about missing items from my order, and acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. They also do not honor discount offers.

When I raised the issue, they arranged for a free salad, which I had already paid for. However, they refused to let me speak to the manager to discuss the situation. Overall, the service was very poor.

We ordered a pickup for delivery, but the delivery fee was calculated even though we live less than 2 miles away, within the 3-mile local limit. The pizza we or... read more We ordered a pickup for delivery, but the delivery fee was calculated even though we live less than 2 miles away, within the 3-mile local limit. The pizza we ordered had a thick base instead of the thin crust we requested, and it was inedible. The chips also lacked flavor. When we called to complain, we were given a dismissive response. I have tried this place many times and have been disappointed too often. Enough is enough - I would recommend avoiding this restaurant.
