I visited this average McDonald's on a Saturday night and ended up using the drive-thru, thinking it would be quicker. Unfortunately, it took about 15 to 20 minutes from placing my order to actually getting my food. Once I started eating, I realized that the place could really use some support from higher management to improve productivity! View all feedback.
