Zushi Express - Darlinghurst

My workmate and I came today for a fast (and a little healthy) lunch in Zuhi. We ordered the Goma-AE (delicious!) And two of the salmon Bibimbap (mine was with brown rice, and her was with white rice). The service was fast and pleasant, and the food came out in no time. It is not the cheapest place in the city, but the service and the food were on the point. I'm sure I'll be here again (if not for lunch, then definitely for dinner)!

Joined by accident in this joint. But I was so impressed with the dishes! The Tacos and the eggplant court were out of this world, I could eat them every day. I would definitely come back to try other dishes.

Love it here. The atmosphere is neighborly and the menu has many elements, so it's great for all tastes. The customer service is nice and the food comes out quickly. I visited a fast lunch and I ordered the Sashimi Tacos. The wontons were crispy and thick and did not get muddy. The Sashimi was fresh and with the yuzu sorbet at the top cold and full of taste.

My friend and I had dinner here a few weeks ago. Biru in Japanese means beer. Such a shame I wasn't drinking at the time and didn't get to try exotic Japanese beers offered by this little beer bar. We shared sashimi, beef, prawn, and salmon skewers and finished off the meal with soft shell crab. The prawn rolls on the next table looked good, something to try next time. thernbdiary.com
