We placed our food order, waited an hour for it to be prepared, only to have the order canceled without any explanation. We were extremely disappointed and left hungry.
These youngsters have captured our hearts. The Indian food was excellent and the service was great. Lana, the restaurant host, went above and beyond to make us feel special. The chefs were fantastic! Overall, one of the best dining experiences in Sydney. They truly made our day special! Can't wait to visit the restaurant again!
Let's be clear about one thing. This is definitely not an English style curry, despite how it is branded. While the food is decent, it is not exceptional, especially considering the price. Overall, it was a satisfactory meal, but we would not likely return as there are plenty of other curry restaurants that offer the same food at lower prices. The markup of up to 50% is quite ridiculous, to be honest.
Clearly marked vegan options on the menu and it's so good to have a number of options to choose from. Freshly cooked, tasty curry. Good service, couldn't fault it.
I'm not ordinarily a huge fan of Indian food but we tried the vegan paneer butter masala and vegan bainghan bharta which were both very tasty. The onion bhaji was the highlight though!
