They are located in Darlinghurst with minimal stool seating available. Due to limited seating, ideal for take away. I read how good the roast pork was that we decided to grab a roll for the drive home. We had to try the Crackles Classic so we ordered 2. The roll was topped with thick juicy and tender pieces of 5 spiced roast pork belly and Asian salad. The pork was juicy and flavorful, and the slaw was a refreshing complement. The crackling cup was incredibly crispy, almost deafeningly so, but that just added to the experience. A touch of salt on the crackling would have made it perfect in my opinion, but overall I would still give it a 10/10 rating.

I was not disappointed with any of them, but the char sui bun has become my new favorite. The pork is cooked perfectly, and I appreciate that they are open late.
