What Hoa Knudsen likes about Chapter E:
For those not familiar with Shakshuka, it's a Middle Eastern dish with bright colours, a kick of spice and poached eggs. It's a great alternative to traditional breakfast items. Here, they have something called a Malawachshuka, which is a blend of Shakshuka and Malawach (a...thick pancake made with puff pastry). Also recommend the lemonade! Only $1 extra with a dish.
