This is a fantastic spot for enjoying sushi. The dishes are consistently made with fresh, delicious ingredients. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is peaceful. While it may not be ideal for big groups, it is perfect for a cozy dining experience. I have never had a disappointing meal here.
Great sushi! Super fresh! Quick service, friendly staff and decent seating. Only downfall was cash only, BUT ATMs literally straight across the road!
Lunch sushi bento box: yum. Served with miso soup, salad, sashimi and sushi pieces it's a favourite for me. Cucumber rolls are always fresh. Sashimi also always fresh.
We love it here! Perfect middle-ground between high-grade and quick 'n ' easy sushi. Good prices, solid selection, and very friendly staff. Try the takoyaki!
I have given this place a few tries, as the other Moons sushi places are of good quality and a high standard. The Dapto restaurant is definitely the exception. It mysteriously closed for a while, and it probably should have stayed that way. Today's meal was pretty much inedible. My spicy beef Bento was 80% cabbage. I also got edamame which, honestly without exaggeration, looked like it had been left in the sun for 2 months. So dry that there was actually no beans left inside it the shriveled casing. This is really rubbish. Photos are attached but do not really do it justice.
