Without a doubt, the worst McDonalds in the Illawarra. The soft serve and frappe machines are broken down, the eftpos terminal is not working, they're doing shift change so can't serve anyone ... you name an excuse not to serve you and they've got it! I go to the McDs in Unanderra, they got everything and the staff are friendly! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I ordered a BLT McMuffin and a chicken and bacon McMuffin and ended up waiting in the waiting area for 30 minutes, even though there were no customers in the store or in the drive-thru. This is completely ridiculous. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

Paid $41 to sit in the waiting bay for 30 minutes, get the food home (2 minutes away) all our food is cold. Tried to call and complain no one’s answering the phone. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: A$40–60 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
