Everything cooked fresh to order... read more Handy place to pick up a meal while shopping - I ordered and ran across to another shop while it cooked, making it a fast trip. Everything cooked fresh to order, including much of the fresh seafood if you like or there's the usual stuff on offer. A little pricey relative to other comparable places relatively nearby, but convenient if you're after some fresh cooked seafood while shopping.

When I questioned it, I was told it was from the old menu as they were new owners. The fish used was basa fillet, as we were in a fish market, but it was small and very greasy. It was the greasiest piece of batter I have ever seen. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

I asked the person cooking behind the counter if they had blue grenadier, but they looked at me like I was speaking a different language. When I asked about dory, they didn't have that either. I tried to ask about the types of fish in the display window, but they only knew about snapper. I asked for help finding a fish with a lighter taste, but they just pointed to other staff who were standing around and didn't offer any assistance. I couldn't believe it when they admitted they didn't like fish or know much about it. I was so frustrated and disappointed that I decided not to waste any more time there. It was a ridiculous experience and I will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone.

I requested thawed tubes because frozen food weighs more than thawed food due to the water content. I brought this to the attention of the server and he agreed with me. I asked why they were selling frozen tubes, as it seemed like they were taking advantage of customers. The server explained that they sell quickly. I decided not to buy seafood from there in the future.
